Starter Packages
a. Your Cancellation Rights
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
You may cancel your booking at any time up to 30 days prior to your arrival. In this case, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70 Euros.
If you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival, or do not show up on the day of the trip/event, we will have to charge the full indicated product price.
NOTE: Please check the dates you send us carefully. If you need to cancel or postpone a trip/event booked with Create A Moment Ltd. because you submitted wrong travel dates, we cannot refund your money. We do, however, offer to change the date of your trip or event depending on availability.
b. Our Rights as Create A Moment Ltd.
At times, Create A Moment Ltd. may be forced to cancel a trip start date. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, weather and safety conditions. In this case, we will provide a new start date. If you cannot participate in a trip/event with a different start date, we will offer a full refund.
However, Create A Moment Ltd. is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have related to your booking. This includes, but is not limited to, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flight tickets.
You shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss arising because of cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances.

Booking Conditions for Campervan Sale and Pre-Sale
2. We make sure all of our partners offer a re-buy option to purchase your car back after the trip. The exact conditions are to be negotiated directly between customer and seller.
3. If you decide to purchase a vehicle using our Pre-Sale option we require an initial down payment. This will be credited to your bill once the sale is being finalized.
4. Once we receive the initial down payment, this is being counted as a legally binding contract.
5. If you purchase your vehicle elsewhere despite having made arrangements with us and our partners, we handle this as breach of contract and your down payment will not be refunded.
6. Prior to finalizing the pre-sale of your vehicle you have the option to inspect it. Should you decide to withdraw from the sale because the vehicle differs from what we agreed on in the booking process – e.g. different style or category – we will refund your down payment fully.
Cancellation Arrangements Campervan Sale and Pre-Sale
Campervan Pre-Sale
a. If you wish to cancel your Pre-Sale contract, you have to give us at least 14 days notice prior to the intended pick up. This has to be done in writing via email. Failure to do so results in forfeiting the right to get your down payment refunded.
b. If you have to cancel your trip to New Zealand due to unforeseen circumstances, you can withdraw from your Pre-Sale booking. Depending on your circumstances we will refund your down payment in full. However, you must prove your travel cancellation.
c. In case of a no-show at the arranged pick-up time at our partners in Auckland you forfeit the right to get your down payment refunded.
d. We reserve the right to cancel any contract in the event of abusive or insulting behaviour.
